Need More Towing Power
OK... I messed up and bought my F-150 with the 4.6L instead of the 5.4L... Moving on from that, here's my setup. 2006 F-150, 4x4, 4.6L, K&N Cold Intake, Edge Programmer, Flowmaster Exhaust, Trans Cooler, 33 x 12.5 Tires, and 4.56 Gears...
What is my next steps to get more towing power??? I'm stopping my toyhauler fine but just not cutting it on the hills... Please Help!

how much are you towing?? I have an 05 stx with a 4.6 K&N intake, Magnaflow exauhst, and I was towing a 3,500 pound trailer with a 5,000 pound car on it with no issues.
but I guess you could put E-fans in it. I did mine and got a good amount of power from them

good luck finding a supercharger for the 4.6, i havent come across one yet, you could do like a custom turbo setup, youll have a little lag, but it will kick in on those hills

As for the original post, I would send off for a gryphon and a custom tune. Thats a lot of stuff you put on, and you could get so much more torque which would help in the climbs. Good luck!

I don't actually have any numbers but when I did mine there was a noticable difference especially highway speeds and 40 MPH or so. but I have also noticed a difference in how my truck shifts since I have done the converstion. now I'm waiting on some extra cash to get a tuner.
