Default Need more power!!
I have a 2004 lifted f 150 5.4l I already have exhaust system and a k&n cold air. I'm just wondering what are some little things I can do to get up to 50 hp?

Take your cats off that will add 10 free hp and a tuner

I did get my truck tuned already. What else would a tuner do?

Well they can dyno tune that's way better then just a plug and play tuner and u can add a bigger TB , cams , smaller pulleys

if you already have intake, exhaust and tune, the only way to get another 50hp would be nitrous, boost, or major engine mods like heads, cams etc

I wanna get a bigger throttle body would I need to run premium to do this?

Are you talking bout all 4 or just the back two? I'm thinking about removing all 4 and replacing with magnaflow high flow cats

Add 10 ricer stickers on your rear window. Easy 50 HP.
