To lift you Ford F150, you have to install Ford suspension lift kit. you can buy it from popular online stores. Such as: eBay and Amazon

Seems like a pretty tight squeeze stuffing 37's under a 6" lift but I'm sure people do it. Just not as common as 6" & 35's, I'm sure it would rub like crazy too.

how many miles do you have on it and how do you like that zone lift? what kind of bumper is that cuz m really digging it.. got any more pics

Zone 6 inch with 35s, guys correct me if Im wrong but I think you will need another 2 inches to get 37s under it.

Procomp 6 inch with 2 inch spacers added and 35s, this truck would have run 37s okay.
