call mpt tuning and get a custom tune. The canned tunes that come with the edge are garbage. Worth spending $100 and getting custom.

LOL, the only Edge you can get custom tunes on, is an Evolution. Even then, you can olny get them from PHP. CS and CTS are not desirable because of this.

Try these, on Level 2 using the custom settings:

Shift Firmness:
1-2 @ 6
2-3 & 3-4 @ 4

WOT Shift:
1-2 @ 4700 (was at 4900 and the truck took a full 2 seconds in between shifts, not good)
2-3 @ 4950
3-4 @ 4800

Rev Limiter @ 5300

Speed Limiter @ 125

WOT Fuel @ +1.75

Now, if you want to run 89 octance, you can advance timing by +1 and if you want to run 91 octance, you can advance timing safely by +1.5. I run the settings I listed with 91 octance and timing +1.5. I have given these settings to all forum members and have yet to have one not say they really like it.

Also while entering in these settings, make sure you have the correct axle ratio chosen and tire diameter chosen. Other than that, you just look at each setting to make sure they are right before saving. ITs pretty easy after you have done it a time or 2.
