I have a 04 FX4 5.4L and I took my air box off eariler and cleaned my trottle body after I replaced the air box I made sure all hoses and wiring harnesses were reconnected and now my check engine light is on. Anyone know what would cause this?

What'd you use to clean your throttle body? Might've sprayed too much stuff in there.

Code scanner said Tac system limited power. Engine is not acting up n running just fine so i claered the code n gonna see if comes back on. I think it was from where i had pushed the trottle open to clean it.

Thanks for the replies yall, just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious and if anyone else had this problem. My truck is still running great and the light has stayed off.

Next time just remove the throttle body and clean it on a workbench. Its a lot easier and that way you aren't spraying all the gunk down into the intake.
