Default Need help. P0420 P0430

I have problems with my 2007 f150 5.4 3V Flex fuel.
My truck throws me codes P0420 Mil and P0430 Pending
When I monitor the flow of data I can see When I watch the data flow, I can see that the fuel system 2 (loop) has a not applicable status.
I do not understand why loop 2 does not want to work in a closed.
The loop 1 work in closed
My ECM reads O2 sensor data 1 and 2
Who could cause this?
I'm lost
When I check the status of the OBD it says
Monitors OK 7
Monitors Inc 0
Monitor not applicable 4
The N / A monitor is HTD catalyst Sec air system Ac refrig mon Egrvvt sys mon
what should I do?
Thanks for your help

when i checked the vacuum i found that the vacuum line that hangs on the frpt has the essence taste. it's normal?
the dtc often happens that the truck drives on short trips (2 or 3 miles). Also it happens that at the start a smell of gasoline invaded inside the cabin

Lol Thank you for reading the message. I have always had diesel trucks. This is my first essence. I have a hard time I must learn. Especially at home (in Europe) there is no good garage to repair US trucks
