Default Need help with lift

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 2wd that I bought about a year ago. I wanted to give my truck a bulky stance nothing too big but don't know which would be the best route to go. I believe the truck has a leveling kit but not too sure what to look for. I found this kit that I would like to get and its not that expensive from everything else that I've seen.

With that being said, is this essentially the same thing as a leveling kit or would this be able to go on with my leveling kit still installed? (If I do have one)

Don't get that kit it's junk. I've had that exact kit on my truck for the last 5 years and I just removed it because I couldn't keep cv boots on it. Kept tearing them up constantly. Did some research and a lot of other people have had the same issue. I think the 2.5" or 2" strut spacer kits are ok not sure.

Default I have 3 in leveling kit

I have a 3 inch leveling kit, blocks, for the front if you are interested. Worked great, the only reason I took them off was bc my truck had been wrecked, and the repair shop put a 2wd strut on one side with a spacer. Truck was slightly off by about 1/4 inch and would pull to one side. So I went with new struts.

sorry I'm not too familiar with this but with those 5100's of course I would but for front and back correct? And I saw that they said something about the coils are not included so would I have to buy new coils as well or use my preexisting ones?
