I have an 06 f150 supercrew and I'm trying to install recon big rig running lights, I've got everything wired up but I can't find the dome light fuse or correct wire, I've tried the black and blue an the green and orange wire and they don't work. Can someone please help me identify the right wire

 

go to local pep boys/auto zone and pick up a manual for your truck

read it to find wire u need

hook up wire

drink beer while looking into lights

 

did you have the door open or the dome light turned on ??? just checking one of them has to be hot !!

 

I will look it up in my book when I get home, not sure If my Chiltons has that diagram or not but I will look.

 

I've tried all the wires they said it was, black with blue stripe and green with orange stripe. Also even tried the overhead fuse and that didn't work, well it lit em up but they didn't go off when door was closed and truck was locked. I've called 3 different ford places and they can't even tell me what wire it is so I'm truly lost
