While running my cabling for my backup camera I removed the driver side sill plate and found a bunch of splice connectors and an extra gray wire (tapped into pink wire behind driver seat pillar) .
I bought my truck new from the dealer and have no idea what this was for. Its a 2008 F150 SCREW (60th Ann), 2WD w/ 5.4.
Can someone shed some light based on the wire color as to what they may have had hooked up.
My truck was in the showroom and not on the lot so I have no idea why this was done! I had a car a while back that had a disabling device installed by the dealer.
