thanx for the replies guys. and yes the calipers were on the wrong side. in my deffence i was working the break pedal not the bleeders lol. i never noticed when they got put on. and my boss didn't know you could put them on backwards.

I've seen the best of mechanics make that simple mistake. It's good thing you caught that. I've seen a whole brake system replaced (master, booster, lines, abs system, drum wheel cylinders) all replaced before this simple mistake was found... I'm glad it worked out good for you guys!

me too. he was about to make an appointment at ford to figure it out.
