Torch to heat up where the "plate" part of the rotor is stuck. Then wack it with a hammer to give a nice vibration through it.

Or some rotors have a threaded hole that you can tighten a bolt through and it pushes it off. Not sure if yours are like that though.

thanks corey for the reply. The whole rotor spins free, which only leaves maybe the bearing\race is frozen to the spindle. Can i heat up with all the PB blaster andgrease on it ?

mmmm... I had a stuck lugnut with just about every type of lubricant I have sprayed on it and I torched it red hot and it didn't ignite or anything LOL. So I'd say its fine.

Can you see the bearing enough to destroy it with a hammer and a chisel? If you can do that just to get the rotor off, you could then split the frozen race off with a grinding wheel, or sawzall. I've had this same issue on my 2wd ram.
The other thing to do is get a bigger hammer if you can't destroy the bearing.
Pics might help the best..
