Default Truck Break-in (not engine) need help with alarm systems

well guys i just recently got my truck broken into and my indash navi system stolen along with other add-ons downtown in new orleans, go figure. anyways i'm looking at the viper 5901 kit and was wondering if anyone has this system and can give me input about it or if another kit is better? I'm looking to get this very soon since i cant even park my truck in my own city anymore without someone getting into it. Also has anyone delt with the jimmi jammer kits? I'm looking into that as well.

if im going to get one i would want a remote start 2-way system w/ keyless entry but as far as that i guess tilt sensors would be more ethical and motion sensors might be overkill

I have a CompuStar 2WFMR alarm/remote start and couldn't be more happy with it. It has a dual shock sensor which I can adjust the sensitivity on so that makes it pretty nice. The first time someone messes with my truck I get an alert on my LCD display, gives me time to get to my truck before those messing with it even know an alarm has been triggered. I've had it a couple years now so the new ones are probably even better with a longer range.

that funny, just got my 5901 installed about 2 weeks ago. i love it! ive had the viper 791, the autopage rs-1000 oled, and now this viper 5901. thus far, the 5901 is amazing and no glitches at all!
