Default Need help!

ok so 2 weeks ago my truck started misfiring and the check engine light came on so i brought it into school and used the ford IDS scan tool on it. it gave me 6 different codes, system running too rich, o2 codes, misfire in cylinder 3. i checked my fuel trims and they were at -24% so i then checked my fuel pressure and it was 75.5 psi. my thought originally was it needed a fuel pump driver module. so i drove it home and parked it in the driveway because i still havent got the module but i went to go and try and start the truck on saturday it didnt start or anything. nothing electrical worked, the battery is fully charged and the alternator is good. after i tried to start it the needles in the gauges started flickering and something made a constant clicking noise. it sounded like the fuel pumpwas running but its not the clicking is coming from somewhere in the backseat. I have no clue what to do right now. im stuck. i thought maybe a bad PCM but not sure. oh and i cant get a scan tool to communicate with the truck now all of a sudden either. any help would be great thanks.

the part abt the clicking in the back and the guages flickering happened to me, but that bc my battery was dead and i jumped it and it worked but after that i had to get a new battery, try that, bad batterys can cause funky things to happen.

Did you load test the battery? Sometimes a battery will register normal voltage when just sitting, but not when you put it under load. Try measuring voltage while a friend tries to start your truck. If the voltage dips way down, the battery is your problem.

Good luck!

Sounds like a battery or connection problem.... If i think my battery is giving me fits.. I replace it... I will never mess with another battery testing device... If you think your battery is messing up change it out with your neighbors battery for a few mins just to see if it is your battery.. Its easier than messing with a stupid tester that will end up telling your battery is good and you spend a grand trying to find out whats wrong...
