Need help from 5.4 crew!

04 5.4l 3v...

Need to know what normal idle speeds are in park and then in drive with foot on the break!

Almost 700 in park warm and between 6-700 in gear

I'm sitting at 500 in gear...should I be looking to fix something?? Already cleane maf and tb..

Have you programmed it or something? I sit low too i need to clean my tb when i get to mess with my truck

Mine idles at 500-550 in park and sometimes bumps up to 600 in D but usually it stays the same

No, I took it apart to fix the phasers/tentioners/chains&guides/relucter ring...and been dealing with small issues since..
