Hey everyone,
I did not see any other posts on the forums like this and I was not sure where to post it, figured id put it in an area with other 04-08 f150s' . I have an 06 f150 5.4v8 2x4.

First off, I am hearing a slight squeeking noise. Mainly from a stop, say on a corner and turning. Every now and then I hear it going straight, but mainly during slow slow turns. I will only hear it part of the time and others times there is nothing so I don't want to take it to the shop if they wont be able to hear it. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I was thinking possibly brakes but I have not worked on trucks much, mainly motorcycles.

Second, one day I was spacing out talking with my girlfriend while reseting my trip meter, and insdead of it giving me the compas it said CAL. While trying to get it to go back to the compas it said zone then gave some numbers, which started rolling while i was holding the button.....does anyone know what this is? I called the stealership that I have taken my truck to and the mechanic said, "huh, I don't know what that is."... help so no luck there. I have looked online and have not found anything.
