Default Need Help

Hey Ya'll, long story short.. I have a 2008 F-150 with 78,000 miles on it, is a 5.4 triton eng flex fuel. A couple of weeks ago I was driving to work when the engine started to choke and the engine light came up flashing, I know the manual says engine misfired, so I drove it back to the house ( about 8 mil) then parked for a week until I had the time to figure something, the following week I took to the Advance Auto, the scanner said that it was a coil, so I took it to Ford and the guys a Ford told me that nothing is wrong with the truck, I drove it back and forth to work and nothing it drives perfect, yesterday it rain all day , I went out and the truck started to act up, again, the engine light didn't come up, it runs very rough on idle and then it fix itself up, the thing is it only does it when is wet outside... I haven't re-placed the coils and I did put some Seafoam on the vacuum line and the fuel tank , I figure maybe I put some bad fuel .. Any comments or suggestions ???
