Does anyone know if it would be hard to make a Navigation/Stereo unit from a '09 - '14 Lincoln Navigator work in a '04 - '08 F150? Looks like the steering wheel controls are the same as in my '05 Lariat.
It should work, you’ll need to buy a navigation antenna and Sirius antenna (if you want sirus). It will show the Lincoln logo on startup instead of Ford.
Edit: I see you a said 09-14’, that could be more problematic if it has sync....and a lot more expensive as youll need a bunch of harnesses and extras. If it’s pre sync it’ll work easy.
