Default Nav unit compatibilty????

I have a 2007 F150 Supercrew Harley edition and was wondering if anybody knows if a Navigation Radio with part #8A1T-18K931-CA will fit? My radio part #7L3T-18C815-SA, have looked and nothing really tells me if it is compatible or not, even dalership isnt sure. Any info is appreciated.

the newer radios need to be programed to your vin. .. 04 to 08 are the same but some are sub radios. and non sub radios and a antana adapter that you can get at any radio store. you will also need the nav. disc and nav ant. if you dont program it . on the newer radios there is a error display that you turn off every time you turn it on ,button lights wont work.and stearing controls .by the part # the nav is a 08 and your 6 stacker is a 07 so you wont need the antana adaptor.but you will need it programed.
