Default Mysterious passenger side leak

I have a 2006 F150 extended cab. I also have a leak SOMEWHERE in the passenger side of the truck. It is the strangest thing because it will be dry unless it rains, or unless I wash it. Run the AC, dry, run the heat, dry. Just tried pulling back the carpet and ran water on it trying to find a leak somewhere but absolutely nothing. Im 99% sure it's not the AC unit because it drips like normal and there's nothing ever wet on it. It was a used truck but over time I found that it may have been in an accident and repaired but never reported to insurance so it never appeared anywhere. If anybody has any ideas that'd be great.

You could pull up the plastic step plate inside the door jam, and pull back the carpet and see if any of the rubber plugs are missing.
There's a number of locations these rubber plugs were put to run wires ect. If needed and some also for drains if water got in the cab. If one of these is missing or dislodged, it could be a potential source of water infiltration.

If you park under trees or ever have it could be the drains under the cowl are stopped up and the water backs up and gets in. Leaves have been know to do that. I'd look under there to see if there is any debris.

Look at your A post where the door cables pass through. That grommet popped out on mine and soaked my floor. Made me think the windshield was leaking.
