My weekend project
I know this has been covered before, but it turned out okay so I thought I'd share.

Picked up some paint from automotivetouchup.com. I also considered paintscratch.com

Picked up a aftermarket bumper cover from Ebay for $150.

Scuffed up the surface with some 600 grit sand paper.

A couple coats of adhesion promoter.

First of four coats of primer.

Five finish coats.

Four coats of clear coat and.....

Not a difficult project. The hardest part was getting the bumper back on. It would have been easier if I removed the lower chrome bumper. There are a lot of clips that need to go in on the bottom of the upper bumper and there wasn't much room with the lower bumper in place.
