5 in. BS, which is a 0 mm offset. Unless the truck is sporting like a 4 inch lift, they're going to rub and it's going to bother the crap out of you.

how bad do the 35's rub i dont mind a little rubbing and i am not against cutting

Every time you turn in either direction, forward or reverse, you will hear it and feel it. Worse than that, the inside corner at the end of the fender flare is metal beneath the liner and it could puncture your tire.

great looking truck! I used to have an 04 until an isuzu pulled out infront of me couple of months ago and totaled it and it had the same problem with the leaking in the back seat and so does my fathers 04. was that leak a factory defect and did replacing the light fix it?
