6.0s are good stock, but as soon as they are chipped or modded they blowwwww

My boss had a 6.0 and finally scrapped it cause it was terrible.. Never ran right!

Actually stock they suck. If a crap tune is put on then yes they will blow just like stock but if a good well built tune is done along with the right mods they are great but stock motors suck for the most part. There are good stock ones out there. The 6.0 was the first powerstroke to reach 1000 hp. You need head studs EGR delete a good tune and some other things and they are great.

I think it would look a lot better if he dropped it down to 10" lift and ran the 40s

By all means I'm not saying they are a bad truck Ive just always heard bad things from people I know but like any truck if they are treated right they'll be dependable

this thread makes me laugh. your boss truck is tiny. this is my truck 8" of lift on 37s compared to my buddys mud truck. 5 ton axles 4 link suspension and 5ft 6in tractor tires.
