How long did you drive it in that condition? Mine just popped the code today, but it seems to be running fine, all gears and overdrive works. Just wondering if I can damage it if I drive it like this.

About a week. It only popped up twice for me. Mine also had no problems in any gears and shifted fine. I'm not sure if it would hurt anything or not. But I did want to replace it as soon as I could just in case.

Did you clear your code with a scanner or anything, or just let it clear on its own? I replaced the solenoid last night and cleared the code with my Torque app and to my surprise, the code came back on the way home on the freeway. Still no noticeable problem as far as I can tell. Has me scratching my head.

I cleared it with a scanner right after I replaced the solenoid. Sorry to hear it's back. I'm not sure either. Keep us updated.

I ended up taking it to the shop. They drove it with their computer hooked up, determined it was actually slipping pretty bad. Went ahead with a rebuild. Sad to spend the money, but trying to tell myself that at least I know the history and have a warranty.
