Question Multiple lights; Bad for Battery?

Hey guys, I'm new here but I had a question about lights. I have one 42" bar behind my grill and then 2 pods in place of my fog lights. I plan on adding 2 more for backup light at some point. Is it bad if I just keep jumping lights directly off the battery? What would be the best way to have multiple lights hooked up?

Thanks!

Jake

I assume that you're fusing each line?

I assume you're not running all of them at once?

Fusing all of them is a definite must. I would personally pull them all off the battery, and do a secondary fused distribution ran off the battery with some #4 or #2 wire if not larger. Definitely look into doing a "big 3" upgrade aswell just to be safe.

With that upgrade, and a nice AGM battery such as an XS Power, Duralast Platinum, Duracell Platinum, Kinetik.... You would be plenty fine with ~1500w of accessories.
