would like to get a little better sound out of my '05. not real interested in
"twice pipes". thinking maybe just a muffler change.
would like advice on this, any comments. don't want loud, or droning. I'm kinda old ya know.

well with mine, i went wit a super 40 flowmaster, mainly cuz i got it brand-spankin-new for 60 bucks. because of the restriction of the 2-cat exhaust system, it gives it a low, deep rumble without it being overly blasting like a super 40 should be. since its a sport-side setup, there's a lil more air, lil more sound.

if u were to pipe it straight out the back, it would probably be a lil quieter. idk, in my opinion, i love the sound it gives. hardly overpowering, but still noticeable. ive had alot of compliments

Go with Flowmaster if you want. I have the 40 series on mine and I LOVE it. I didn't lose any power either. Borla is gonna cost you a little more also.
