I bet it is. I actually was going to order that one but at the time it said estimated ship date wasn't till May. So I went with the painted one. I see just now its says ship today.

So you convinced me...I bought the muffler. Should arrive today. I noticed that you didn't install a new hangar for muffler...any issues with just the tailpipe hangar supporting it? I know the stock one is huge so I'm guessing not just wondering hows it worked so far.

Also did you cut the pipe right at front of muffler?

Good choice you will definitely be happy. I didn't add a hanger on the muffler and I have zero issues. Yes I cut the pipe on both ends of the old muffler as close as you can. With the parts I bought the new muffler fits absolutely perfect.

Showed up on my doorstep this afternoon. Cut that huge fridge of a muffler out lol. Couldn't believe the size difference with the new one. It looks exactly like a Flowmaster. Paint job is pretty lousy but who cares...it's cheap. Total cost was like 80 bucks for me to get it and the other parts shipped.

Gotta say I was surprised...with the other stock parts it's not loud at all. Definitely a more aggressive sound but not something that is gonna tick my neighbors off at 5 in the morning when I go to work. Truck is off insurance right now as I'm rebuilding rear end and undercoating so I haven't taken it for a ride but it sounds good right now. I think i will get it welded up eventually though.
