i got a flow 40 dumped after the rear axle. love the sound. not too loud to wake up everyone in the neighborhood but you can tell its a v8 driving by

How about using the search? This subject has been discussed to death on this site; select "search", then enter "exhaust", or "muffler". Then read the hundreds of posts to obtain opinions.

okay so i gotca on that stuff but iwould like to stright pipe it. how would i do that?

I just got my straight pipe done on Monday and all I did was disconnect the y pipe that's after the cats and made it two separate pipes(true duals) and then ran pipe all the way out the back with no muffler and put on 3 inch tips that run diagonally out each side. And I love it. And a good thing about doing it that way is that it is cheap I paid 200 to have it done. It's 2.5 inch pipe btw. Best sound for the price

thats exactly how im gonna do it . but i wanna do this myself how would i know the shize for the pipes and all?

Do you have a way to bend the pipes?? And just measure the diameter of the pipe that you have now and match that..

You can buy bent pipe at Autozone.
