04 Lariat 5.4 bedcover and synthtic oil everything stock getting 14.5 to 15 city and 17.5 to 18 highway depending on how I drive.

Those gears will help you out a ton, I have similar mods and after doing them my gas milage almost doubled.

2006 Supercrew 4x4 w/ 5.4L engine and 3.55 LS rear end. I get about 13 city and 15.5 hwy, but I'm in a colder climate.

Usually get 14-15mpg during the summer for mixed driving, highest this summer was just over 16mpg.

Now for the good stuff, added a bed cover I made out of plywood and am now getting
~15mpg city and saw 18.3mpg on a 150mi trip averaging 60mph.
