I'm looking at the difference in mpg In these 2 trucks please help

2002 ford f250 5.4L 297xxx 4x4 3" lift 33x10.5 mt's screw cab long box with and a exhaust leak from the manifold with a bad injector on the first cylinder.

2004 f150 5.4 4x4 181xxx screw cab short box 100% stock

How much better is the f150 compared to the f250?

 

Id say 9 city and 12 hwy on the 250
Id say 12 city and 16 hwy on the 150
