Default Move one E-Fan to Condenser for Colder A/C

I have the all too common a/c problem of not blowing cold air while driving slow or stopped. I live in south TX making the problem unbearable.

I have installed a spal controller and two E fans. There is plenty of room to move one of the fans from the radiator to the condenser.

Thoughts? Opinions?

This would be the easiest solution and I think the truck would still stay cool in the TX heat, as the fans never even run on the high setting.

Only other option is to run a 3rd efan for the condenser wired with a relay to run when the a/c is on.

This is more costly and time consuming.

If your pretty handy, which I would guess you if your installing E-fans, put a valve on the coolant line that goes to the heater core. This would keep the heater from heating up and thus keep the AC cold. I know I've seen a "how-to" writeup for this on one of the forums but I can't seem to find it.
