All i have now is a bigger throttle body, a Ram air filter, and flowmasters. not much...any suggestions?

 

Depends on your definition of cheap. Tuning would be the cheapest worthwhile upgrade. Blower would be the best bang for your buck.

Yeah unfortunately in any sense of the phrase, power doesn't come cheap.

Are you looking for a lil more seat of the pants power IE accleration or top end power?

I would suggest a tuner program like SCT and a custom tune from a reputable shop or perhaps gears. Gears won't add HP but the truck will wind up much quicker.
