Default More Low Range Power

I'm looking to try and gain some more HP ant torque as well as try to bring the power range to lower RPMs in my '06 XT 4x4 5.4L. Is there any inexpensive upgrades for this, new camshafts that don't require new strings? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I've got an Edge tuner, but I'm looking for more.

With the 5.4 the tuner is the best hp per dollar spent.
The next upgrade would be a supercharger

It's the stock 4 speed auto with 3.73 axles. I was looking at some aftermarket camshafts for it back I'm not sure if that would be worthwhile or not. I've also looked inot super/turbocharger but that's a bit out of my price range at the moment. Really it just seems to me like all the power that the 5.4 makes is just at higher RPMs than I'm normally driving at.

Or does anyone know if there's a website, YouTube video, etc. of how to tune an Edge tuner to get the most out of it?
