I'm from Hays but live just east of there now. I had 35s originally and just didnt like the look - like you said, i needed more rubber. I'm happy with the 38s.

Factory gears. No changes on those, yet. I almost pulled the trigger on a used whipple supercharger but had to pay bills instead. lol.

can you take more pics of the truck. i want to see the body lift parts. the trailer hitch compared to the bumper. how the front tow hooks compare to the front bumper. etc

Also can you give some thoughts on how it drives compared to before the body lift.

I can take more pics tomorrow and post them, no problem. When I lifted the body I had some of the rusted frame showing so I did some work on it and painted it and anything close to it that showed with matching body paint from NAPA in a spray can. Looks good in my opinion. I was worried about the bumper and the bullbar but the kit came with bumper adapters so it looks great.

As far as the ride, the body lift doesn't change anything, including the suspension. I just put new shocks and struts on so the ride is actually pretty decent. Just need to make sure and stay on my tires and keep them rotated like they are supposed to.

I'll post some more pics for you though.
