Default Missing Jack

I have an 04 XLT regular cab. I do not think the truck has a jack or where they jack would be. There's two slits in the carpet behind the driver's seat where a jack may mount. I'm curious how this is supposed to look when done properly. I'm looking at parts and my interior is tan. What color is that to Ford? I see options for pebble, ivory, and slate. I'm thinking pebble but I can't confirm.

Thanks

Your interior is most likely pebble, there should be an interior color code on your door tag I think. I'm pretty sure ALL jacks from the factory are black and have a grey kind of carpet to wrap around them. I don't think anything about the jack is matched to interior color. Unless that was meant to be two separate question/comments.

You answered both my questions.

My third, albeit probably hidden question, was to understand how it mounts. Is the factory jack with having?

On a regular cab (04-08) the jack is mounted on the passenger side, behind the rear suicide door. There is an access panel that once removed will reveal the jack.
