Missing after plug change

I'm willing to bet that the cylinder 4 plug was not replaced. That's a hard one to get to. These plugs have a tendency to get stuck in the head and break when they are in there for a while. It's a faulty design, and why it costs so much to have them done at a shop.
I would take the truck back to wherever you had the plugs changed. Make them take that plug out with you there. No matter how much these two piece plugs suck, they won't break after 2 weeks and a few hundred miles.

Missing after plug change
They probably knew it was broken, and didn't know how to get it out. That would explain why the truck started running worse after the "plug change."
I'm a man with a very long fuse, but I would be very mad if I were in your shoes right now.

I am Irish and have a quick fuse so I have created multiple languages and new words that would make a sailor blush. I called him yesterday and he swears that he replaced all 8 plugs. He's an hour and a half away or I'd take it to him. I'm going to talk to a mechanic friend at the gym tomorrow evening and see if he will tackle it. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. My dog ran and hide because she knew I was effing pissed lol.

As a matter of fact he said 6/8 broke and he left the pieces of those in the back floor board for me. I really don't think he'd lie to me- I take a lot business there (company vehicles).

The plug spinning in the sockets means you broke the porcelien. You will need the Lisle plug extractor to get it out. Most auto supplies will rent one. A new one is from 80 to 100.

Plug was broke and I was able to remove it. Still has a miss but I can smell gas in the cab so I'm going to torque. All the plugs and see if that helps. Seeing a man about some dynamite for a permanent fix as the next move....😡
