Something else i forgot to mention that the vacuum line that goes from the intake manifold to the driver side valve cover had popped off on the drive back home it backfired accouple of times just noticed it when i was doing the sparkplugs. Could the vacuum line have been damaged ? thats why its running like crap ?

"well pull the plug and cranked fine and saw gas spray every where"
My guess is that you have a failed (stuck open) fuel injector that is leaking gasoline into the cylinder

I would only change #8 fuel injector for starters.
After changing FI and before any start attempt, remove #8 spark plug and crank engine to clear any fuel that maybe in the cylinder. Replace spark plug and start engine. LOOK FOR ANY LEAKS at the fuel rail.
Report back with results.

My guess is that only cylinder 8 is the issue. I would not disconnect other injectors.
If you have starting problems once the injector is replaced report back for additional feedback

Any new DTCs
This is a "shot in the dark"
Disconnect #8 injector
Remove #8 plug
Crank Engine and look to see if excessive fuel comes out
Replace plug/COP
Leave #8 injector disconnected
Try to start and report back with results
