So I have a 04 xlt and I found some cheap tow mirrors on Craigslist for 150 and they are heated power and have turn signals and mine are only power do they bolt up and what modifications would I have to do to make the heated part work? And turns work?

 

turns might work. It depends what harness your truck came with. It might be plug and play. But you will have to wire up a switch and find power for the heaters.

 

Will they fit like bolt right up since there from 09-13

 

Yes they'll bolt up. A simple search would have answered this question.
