Melling M360 HV?
I am reading the the Melling M360HV will fit the 3 valve 5.4. Is this the case or not? I've used the search function and can't seem to find anything definitive.

OK, I thought I had read that it did, as the 5.4 is all the same block. It is listed as being for the "32 valve" only.
I think next weekend it will be go time. All parts should be to me by then!

She purrs like a champ! New engine, long tubes, cat deletes, and magna flows.......and an hv lil pump made for a great sound.
oh, but it only cost me 8,000 to do it.......so, hopefully, installing the hv oil pump b4 ur engine blows might save ya some cash later!

Good to know. The pump is the only thing I am waiting on now. I got everything to replace the timing, as well as a new passenger side exhaust manifold. Seeing that I just dumped $2200 into the transmission, I may as well protect that investment. All Ford timing parts, the high volume, high pressure pump, vct's, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, dorman manifold, stainless studs. I also bought an additional spin on transmission filter, hood shocks, and some towing mirrors. All told I'm in $1,400. I'll dive in next weekend.

Melling makes the timing chains and gears for Ford...you all know this right?
