Mass air flow sensor

What ur take On a mass air flow sensor or even a throttle body spacer? Worth the money or add anything performance wise?

I have and edge evo. Banks ram air. Dual exhausted flow masters.

Throttle body spacers are a waist of money on this type of fuel injection.
