Default MAF sensor torx screws - please help

Faithful Forum, I have managed to torque the head off of one of my MAF sensor screws wilst tightening them on my new intake. Does anyone know the size of that screw? I'm sure it's metric, but I have not been able to find it online or at the motorcraft site... I have a fastenal shop here so I'm sure they have something that will work, but I don't want to mess with it as miraculously it is tight because when I torqued the head of it actually created a lip over the bracket and the sensor is in firmly seated still. I don't want to roll around like this for very long and I'm sure I will have to drill out the busted screw. Thanks for the help, and I will continue to search. Calling the dealer tomorrow...

All I can get from motorcraft is a screw labelled as "HB1" but can't find anything else describing it.
