Default MAF

Not to sound like a newb here but has anyone cleaned their MAF for this gen truck. I know there is a write up for how to do it but that is for a 99-03 truck and helps me absolutely none on how to do mine. I bought a can of MAF cleaner and got a can of Throttle body cleaner free. Any suggestions or how to's on either of these endeavors would be greatly appreciated.

Two screws holding it in. Its up by the throttle body. Remove the screws, slide it out, spray it off with MAF cleaner. Reinstall is the reverse.

What I do is. I unplug it and remove it then I spray cleaner on it shack the excess off and reinstall. That is for the maf.
For the throttle body I remove it and clean it.

Do you guys remove the throttle body from the top of the motor and take several hours cleaning it or do you just get at what you can with it still mounted?
Thanks for the help on the MAF i'll do it soon.
