while i am saving up for new tires and the belltech 3/5 drop i am wondering in the mean time taking out the factory 1" rear block.. do the leaf springs just sit on the axle now or do i need to go buy a plate of some sort?

 

They just sit on the axle. I took my stock blocks out a while back. You might need new 9/16 ubolts and nuts. They'll need to be at least 7.5 inches long.
