So I have an 05 fx4, i recently put my new exhaust on ,( dual flowmasters ) now its time to level it and put tires on it, I have a 2.5 inch leveling kit from rough country that I will be installing, and I was thinking a 33 inch tire? I feel like a 35 will take up the whole wheel well, I have a 275-65-18 on it now and was gonna go to a 285-65-18. And I was thinking either the toyo open country 2 or the bf Goodrich all terrain. Thoughts on tires or sizes? Anyone have some good luck with any particular tire? Thanks

 

I got 6 inch lift on a 08 35 inch tires they clear the fender n don't rub just barely!!!! So I think a 33 might b the way to go. Open country are good but on both my fords I run toyo mt 35 12.5 on the 08 f150 with 6 inch lift and a 09 f250 with a 2.5 level kit. These tires are aggressive and quiet on the freeway they will amaze you.
