considering the mileage, I would definitely have it checked out by a mechanic, but it should be fine. Looks like a great truck, though. Don't buy a truck for good mileage...you won't get over 14 average. That's a good price, but I would offer 12.

 

I have no idea what 156000km is in miles, but it seems high to me. If verything checks out and you like the truck, offer like 10K and see what happens. You can always go up from there if need be.
