Default Looking for some classy/sleek projector headlights

I have an all black truck and front grill and my next step is to get the headlights to match. I really like the Mini H1 Projector Retrofit how to style but I don't really have time and effort to build my own. I also was checking out those Recon headlights but they're kinda out of my price range. Looking for something under $400 What kind of headlights/bulbs did you guys go for?

Wait for Summers22 to respond. He's the guru here on headlights and headlight conversions.

Or, search on "headlights" and his user name.

After lurkin for awhile I've narrowed it down for a pair of LED lights from 4x4truckleds (maybe the fog lights too while I'm at it) and I'm still indecisive on either of these 2 black housings: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-DESIGN-B...VXdDOC&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-2008-FO...tSgvRO&vxp=mtr

or have you guys heard anything about these http://www.protuninglab.com/hid-2lhp-f15004jm-rs.html seems like a nice deal considering its about $30 more than ebay housings with LED bulbs.. opinions pls!

Im keeping my eye on this thread.. my '08 is in need of some esthetic updates. I recently installed a pair of PIAA HiD bulbs.. theyre a bit better than the stock bulbs but still not enough to ****-off lane campers in the dead of night... I need something that will send the fear of God thru their veins when I get behind them (and NOT get me into a conflict with LEO)

You got HIDs in your stock housings?

Flashing another driver is not illegal. Sitting on the brights is, technically, is.

If you want something that puts the fear of god in them you want a lightbar. Just sayin'

the "HiD" branding is so gimmicky and misleading.. especially when purchasing bulbs. I did a TRUE HiD conversion on my Audi and it cost me around $2k... the HiD bulbs from PIAA PLUS installation cost me around $180.00 lol... the nuances definitely arent lost on me.

I would much rather ditch the reflector style in-favor of projectors, but I have other priorities... such as a Lift, and a more burly frt bumper/winch.
