would it be worth it to buy one, im 6 inchs on 35s 3.55s with the 4.6 or would it be better to just wait and get gears?

Gears would probably be a better investment first and then a programmer afterwards to complement all you've done.

Gears are better in the long run but unless you have 2-3k to spend right now, put the $400 edge in it and set it up with your tire size until you got the cash to swap out the gears. It will shift better and get your speedo back in check too

Im only 2wd I had a quote of 550 out the door.for 4.56s
