Well, just got the truck back from the shop.
1) Cleaned the throttle body and its idling much better. Going to change plugs and fuel filter. Also going to change the tranny fluid and filter while we're at it.

2) Vaccuum is good, transfer case is moving the drive shaft. Diagnosis: broken driver side axle! When he was looking at the front end sagging he grabbed the front axle and it was snapped in two. Lower ball joints are bad too.

3) Leaf packs need replaced. He jacked up the back end and the passenger side was 2" off the ground before the driver side even started coming off the ground.

So, any ideas on the best place to buy an axle, lower ball joint and leaf packs?

Sounds like you've got your hands full. Do you have a salvage yard near you? Or a bigger tow company that parts out vehicles?

There's 1 small salvage yard and I know someone that rebuilds salvaged vehicles but he normally deals with cars, not trucks. I guess I'll go to the local parts store and see how much the axle and ball joint are.

^ Is that the correct springs? That's the cheapest place I can find them.

I called SD springs and got verification on the leafs. Probably gonna go with the 4-1 spring for added weight capacity.

Went to the parts store and got plugs, fuel filter, trans filter, trans fluid, transfer case fluid, gear oil for front and back, front axle and lower ball joint. A member here is hooking me up with front coils and ordering leafs and a level kit tonight. Its been an expensive couple days but hopefully it will be worth it after Im done.

Too late now, but a golden rule for purchasing used is to have the truck mechanically checked out before you buy. These repairs could have been negotiated in the purchase price. As proud as I am of being a decent shade tree mechanic, I still take a used vehicle into my favorite mechanics shop for the once over. I have walked away on at least 5 purchases due to something he found that I did not (I don't have a lift nor his expertice). The seller was not willing to lower the price, so I walked to the next vehicle.
