Default Locking Brakes Question

I was wondering if I can have Locking Brakes on my truck but how and will I need modifications, has anyone does this, this might be a retarded question but I don't know a lot about brakes but Yesterday I was driving the speed limit and as I'm driving then the light starts to turn red and I hit the brake pedal but my tires kept spinning so I went a little bit past the line and it just so happens that there's a police station right next to me and a cop seen me and pulled me over and said I should pay more attention to the signal then the road and I was about to go off on his A**, he then gave me a ticket so now a got to take a dumb A** test cause I have a A Class License & I half to pay for 2 tickets, 1 for reckless driving, & 2 for Endangering Pedestrians so now I half to pay $589 but I want my brakes to stop immediately so a cop wont try to get me for something that stupid

Your truck already has ABS.

If the light was turning red as you went through it and it's next to a police station....

1) It was already yellow for 3-4 seconds

2) It's next to a police station.

Just sayin......

The brake system on your truck is designed not to lock up so you have more control of your steering when you blow by the police station. I have to agree with Mr Postal.

I mean it would make sense to put a police station into the hood kind of neighborhood, I think I made a wrong turn

leave the ABS alone...its a lot safer than non-ABS brakes
