Eaton makes an E-locker. From what I have seen and heard they work really well. You can set it to full locker at a flip of a switch.

The install takes no skill. Ive watched an install video. So for me it will be zero for the install. And im pretty sure im going to go with the Detroit tru-trac. And they run abt $400.

So if I wanted my truck to be a true 4wd I'd need to buy 2 lockers one for the front one for the back?

OR 2 limited slips or a combination of Limited Slip front or back and locker front or back. OR like you mentioned 2 lockers. Be carefull with a full locker in the rear, its a whole different animal and will take some getting used to.
