Default Lights demming problem

I just noticed that when I use my power windows at night that my low beams dim a little bit every time I press one of them. What could cause this little power loss on my 06 f150 4x4 (109k) miles ? Any ideas ? And no extras besides 2 fog lights

Just putting a draw on the electrical system, I believe it's normal. You should see how much they dim when the ABS kicks in..

Well what made me notice it was when I pulled down my street (and idk if it was because I was tired) but it looked like my lows brightened up a lot but if it's normal then that's a burden off my shoulders cause in like OCD with my truck

Sometimes it's an indicator of a battery or alternator going bad. But usually when that occurs, there's a huge difference in the brightness of the lights. Checking your voltage will tell you more. But like others will say, if it's hardly noticeable, then it's normal.

Alternator is less than a year and battery is less than 2 years old so I guess it's just normal.

How fast does your window roll down? If the regulator is going it can increase the load on the window motor. I guess the easiest way to tell... does all windows cause this to happen? If all windows cause the lights to dim, it's probably not that. I can't recall if mine does it when they roll down but I didn't think they did. Mine does this when the window is all of the way up but obviously that's bad for the motor anyways.

My sister-in-law's civic has a common window regulator issue, she blew the fuse for the power windows rather than the motor thankfully. In the end, I replaced the windows regulator.
